I have been the proud owner of Penns Personnel for over 20 years, working very much hands-on within the team and carrying out all aspects of the recruitment process and management of the business. I successfully saw Penns through a difficult recession and out through the other end and am now back to expanding the business.
Prior to this I had three years experience working for the largest agency in the world at Area Management level, giving me great experience to go on to run my own agency. With the introduction of some new, young and dynamic members of the team recently, Penns has finally moved into the 21st Century!
