About the Role
· You will be working on the front line of the business.
· Provide advice to new and existing members.
· Ability to sell the perks of membership to potential members & historical members.
· Resolve member queries.
· Reach shared goals and targets for the business.
· Keep updated on product & service knowledge, as well as industry rules & regulations.
· Maintain CRM system

Hours (37.5 hour week)
9.00am - 5.30pm | Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
8.30am - 5.30pm | Tuesday
9.00am - 5.00pm | Friday
Salary
£21,000 PA (depending on experience)
Bonus structure in place
