Customer Service Administrator

Penns Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a growing organisation in a very elegant industry.

The Role

·      To manage 20 client accounts and ensure the full satisfaction of these clients

·      Retain valuable business and grow accounts to their full potential

·      Ensuring good quality control and standards are met at all times

·      Assisting in the development of new products

·      Deal with any issues or queries in a prompt and professional manor

·      Control all documentation including orders, spreadsheets, data/sales analysis, trend information and budget control

·      Exceptional communication skills are important for this role

Hours

·      8.30am – 4.45pm Mon – Thu                 8.30am – 4.00pm Fri

 

Salary

·      £ 18,000 pa dependant on experience
