This is a super opportunity to work within a varied, busy environment where no two days are the same. This organisation are growing fast and currently require a professional, Front of House Receptionist to join their team on an ongoing temp basis.
The main functions of this role will include:-
· Answering incoming calls, dealing with internal calls, trunk to trunk transfers and conference calls.
· Meeting and greeting visitors
· Booking individual rooms within the building for meetings, conferences, seminars and lunches.
· Organising meeting rooms and overseeing visitor car parking.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a constantly cheerful disposition and an interest in people. This is a very social job requiring a friendly, but professional outlook and smart appearance.
