Our well established client based locally is looking to recruit a strong Telesales Administrator to join their busy, friendly small sales office.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Confident and capable
- Ability to work well with a team
- Good IT skills
- Responsible for making outbound calls to their established dealer base
- Up sell or sell add-ons to incoming callers
- Place orders on the Proteus database system
- Chasing carriers to check progress of orders etc. if necessary
- Arranging collection of faulty goods, if required
- Inputting various information and credits on to the database system
- Checking weekly stock availability
- Producing reports for the Reps on Excel spreadsheet.
- Contact end user to arrange delivery date
- Promote & update special offers
- Action emails
- Complete weekly telesales report of week’s activity.
Accuracy and working through outbound calls is the most important part of this job.
Must be a team player who can multitask and will go the extra mile should it be needed. You must be flexible to sometimes stay beyond 5pm should a job need completing.
Commission is £100 - £250 per month and is achievable.
