A superb opportunity to work for a Blue Chip Organisation within the Consumer Sales Department. You will be responsible for processing ticket orders taken over the telephone, email and face to face at the front ticket desk. Candidates will need to handle enquiries confidently via the telephone as well as processing information in a timely manner. For this very exciting role you will need to have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be very customer focussed.

This role will suit students studying in the local area or people who wish to top up their existing income with an out of hours role.
The hours are ad hoc to fit with events throughout the year.
Occasional week days from 5.30pm - 8.30pm.
Weekends ranging from 9.00am - 9.00pm.
