We are recruiting for a lively, busy customer service centre based in Coleshill. If you are passionate about customer service and resolving problems for customers this is the role for you! These roles are temporary and will commence at the end of September for 3 - 4 months. Full time and part time hours are available.
Handle customer queries via the telephone in a prompt and professional manner
Deal with issues relating to orders, deliveries and on line problems
Handle customer refunds and return requests
Dealing with and logging complaints.
The Ideal Candidate
You MUSThave previous customer service/call centre experience for this role
Must be confident dealing with customers over the telephone and able to handle their queries in a polite and professional manner
Must be confident using computer systems and able to navigate around new systems quickly and efficiently.
Able to use split screen system and be comfortable navigating spreadsheets.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Fast learner and able to handle the demands of the business
Shifts Available are:
9 – 5.30 Mon to Friday
11.30 to 8pm Mon to Fri
2pm – 8pm Mon to Fri
Sat 8.45 – 12.45 and Sun 9.45 – 1.45 (8 hours)
