Accounts Administrator

Penns Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing organisation based in the Minworth area

We are seeking a genuine, reliable and experienced Accounts Administrator. The role will incorporate a variety of accounts functions together with order processing and customer service.


Ÿ  Good knowledge of Sage

Ÿ  Purchase Ledger

Ÿ  Processing invoices

Ÿ  Credit control, dealing with any problems arising and sorting out queries.

Ÿ  Producing statements

Ÿ  Allocating payments

Ÿ  Setting up direct debits


The Ideal Candidate

Ÿ  Knowledge of the full accounts process & sage

Ÿ  Flexible approach to working

Ÿ  Confident answering calls, dealing with queries

Ÿ  Hands on and able to communicate at all levels


Hours, Salary & Location

Salary: £20K - £23K

Hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm

Location: Minworth

This is a full time, permanent position.
