Accounts/Customer Service Co-ordinator

Penns Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing organisation based in the Minworth area

We are seeking a genuine, reliable and experienced Accounts /Customer Service Co-ordinator. The role will incorporate a variety of accounts functions together with order processing and the provision of a high level of customer service.


  • Customer Service, answering the phone, dealing with queries and taking orders

  • Purchaseledgerand sales ledger duties

  • Processing invoices and allocating payments

  • Credit control, dealing with any problems arising and sorting out queries.

  • Producing statements from Sage and monitoring customer spend

  • Setting up direct debits, setting up new customers on Sage

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge of the full accounts process

  • Proven experience and a good understanding of Sage accounts

  • Confident answering calls, dealing with queries and problem solving

  • Hands on and able to communicate at all levels

Hours, Salary & Location

Salary: £18K - £20K

Hours: Monday - Friday | 9am – 5pm – 1 hour for lunch. 

Location: Minworth

This is a full time, permanent position. 

We are ideally looking for candidates who are available on a temp to perm basis, however the client is willing to consider a straight permanent candidate.

£18000 - £20000 per annum
