Penns Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing organisation based in the Minworth area
We are seeking a genuine, reliable and experienced Accounts /Customer Service Co-ordinator. The role will incorporate a variety of accounts functions together with order processing and the provision of a high level of customer service.
Customer Service, answering the phone, dealing with queries and taking orders
Purchaseledgerand sales ledger duties
Processing invoices and allocating payments
Credit control, dealing with any problems arising and sorting out queries.
Producing statements from Sage and monitoring customer spend
Setting up direct debits, setting up new customers on Sage
The Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of the full accounts process
Proven experience and a good understanding of Sage accounts
Confident answering calls, dealing with queries and problem solving
Hands on and able to communicate at all levels
Hours, Salary & Location
Salary: £18K - £20K
Hours: Monday - Friday | 9am – 5pm – 1 hour for lunch.
This is a full time, permanent position.
We are ideally looking for candidates who are available on a temp to perm basis, however the client is willing to consider a straight permanent candidate.
