Penns Personnel are looking for a Administrator to join a valued client based in Sutton Coldfield on a Temp to Perm or Permanent basis. The role requires a highly conscientious and organised individual who is proficient with Microsoft Office and computer software.
· General administration including answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries.
· Preparation for meetings to include preping the meeting room, organising lunch an parking
· Sourcing promotional items for clients.
· Assisting in event organisation including venue searches, badging, invitations, cater and booking exhibition space.
· Client satisfaction surveys.
· Occasional follow up calling on mail outs.
· Database cleansing.
· Booking client advertising packages
· Web Administration – uploading content across client’s websites using Wordpress.
· Exporting analytics reports from search engine platforms and in house software.
The Ideal Candidate
· Must be confident on the telephone and able to liaise with various clients and guests.
· Highly organised and conscientious as the role involves handling multiple projects at any one time.
· Excellent eye for detail.
· Capable and confident working in a fast paced environment.
· Microsoft Office competent
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday with ½ hr for lunch.
