Sales and Customer Service Advisor
£20,000 per annum plus bonus
Penns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a brand new client based in Castle Bromwich. We are looking for a bright, friendly and confident Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join this established, forward thinking company.
Duties will include:
Answering high volume calls, dealing with enquiries/sales calls.
Calling out to customer database to take orders.
Processing sales orders.
Responding to customer emails and dealing with customer enquiries
Updating database and use of various software packages.
General office administration.
You will need to have the ability to keep up to date with a vast range of products, and new product ranges, all available on line and within the showroom.
Essentials:
The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Great people skills and able to listen to customer needs.
Excellent telephone skills .
Good IT skills
Hours are 8.30 am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Occasional weekend cover (remote working)
