A great opportunity has arisen to join a super company in their brand new purpose built facility based at the Birmingham Business Park. Our client is looking for a competent Internal Sales and Service Co-ordinator to join a friendly team on an initial temporary contract with a view to this becoming permanent.
The hourly rate will be £9.95 - £10.40 per hour. The hours are Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm with half and hour for lunch.
Main responsibilities will include:-
Providing administration support to the sales and service team
Producing quotations in conjunction with the shop floor Manager
Dealing with customer queries.
Giving customers updates regarding their orders
Processing documentation for customers.
Updating MS dynamics CRMS system
Skill sand Experience required:-
Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Training on MS Dynamics will be provided.
Clear, concise and effective written and communication skills.
Ability to effectively liaise and coordinate with immediate team and other staff face to face, by telephone and by email
Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
