Internal Sales and Service Administrator

A great opportunity has arisen to join a super company in their brand new purpose built facility based at the Birmingham Business Park. Our client is looking for a competent Internal Sales and Service Co-ordinator to join a friendly team on an initial temporary contract with a view to this becoming permanent. 

The hourly rate will be £9.95 - £10.40 per hour. The hours are Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm with half and hour for lunch. 

Main responsibilities will include:-

  • Providing administration support to the sales and service team

  • Producing quotations in conjunction with the shop floor Manager

  • Dealing with customer queries.

  • Giving customers updates regarding their orders

  • Processing documentation for customers.

  • Updating MS dynamics CRMS system

Skill sand Experience required:-

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Training on MS Dynamics will be provided.

  • Clear, concise and effective written and communication skills. 

  • Ability to effectively liaise and coordinate with immediate team and other staff face to face, by telephone and by email

  • Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
