We are looking for a Temporary Admin Assistant to provide support in their Liability Claims Administrator within a large organisation based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.
Duties will include:-
Carrying out daily insurance procedures
Update and maintain records accurately
Respond to incoming claims communication via email and telephone
Maintain New Start Directory details
Process all under excess claims accordingly
The ideal candidate must have:
Good Administration skills
Microsoft Word & Excel skills
CRM database knowledge
Good customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
An eye for detail is essential
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm rate of pay is £9.50 per hour.
