Administrator - Temp

We are looking for a Temporary Admin Assistant to provide support in their Liability Claims Administrator within a large organisation based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.

Duties will include:-

  • Carrying out daily insurance procedures

  • Update and maintain records accurately

  • Respond to incoming claims communication via email and telephone

  • Maintain New Start Directory details

  • Process all under excess claims accordingly

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Good Administration skills

  • Microsoft Word & Excel skills

  • CRM database knowledge

  • Good customer service experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An eye for detail is essential

  • Team player

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm rate of pay is £9.50 per hour.
