Penns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a highly professional Administrator to assist in all areas of compliance including safeguarding, risk management and vetting checks.
Our prestigious, client is based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an excellent company with attractive benefits. This role will be home based, with occasional travel to meetings.
Responsible for the processing of DBS, PVG and Garda Vetting checks
Updating and monitoring external systems and databases
Administering safeguarding cases and criminal records checks
Assisting with corporate insurance including renewal, claims handling and issuing certificates.
arranging/attending meetings, minute/note taking
Dealing with verbal and written enquiries, following through and responding.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within a similar role having experience of processing and recording all disclosures (DBS, PVG, Access NI and Garda Vetting)
Advanced communication and IT skills.
Excellent planning, prioritising and time management skills are crucial.
Excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to working whilst retaining confidentiality, being discreet, diplomatic and tactful is a must.
Familiar with the use of database systems including CRM, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Zoom and MS Teams.
Accurate minute / note taker.
Hours & Salary
35 hours per week 9am to 5pm, home based.
£18,500 - £20,900 PA + great benefits
