Penns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a highly professional Administrator to assist in all areas of compliance including safeguarding, risk management and vetting checks. 

Our prestigious, client is based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an excellent company with attractive benefits. This role will be home based, with occasional travel to meetings.

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for the processing of DBS, PVG and Garda Vetting checks

  • Updating and monitoring external systems and databases

  • Administering safeguarding cases and criminal records checks

  • Assisting with corporate insurance including renewal, claims handling and issuing certificates.

  • arranging/attending meetings, minute/note taking

  • Dealing with verbal and written enquiries, following through and responding.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within a similar role having experience of processing and recording all disclosures (DBS, PVG, Access NI and Garda Vetting)

  • Advanced communication and IT skills.

  • Excellent planning, prioritising and time management skills are crucial.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to working whilst retaining confidentiality, being discreet, diplomatic and tactful is a must.

  • Familiar with the use of database systems including CRM, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Zoom and MS Teams. 

  • Accurate minute / note taker.

Hours & Salary

35 hours per week 9am to 5pm, home based.

£18,500 - £20,900 PA + great benefits
