Customer Service Coordinator

Our client is a highly successful and established Facilities Management company who

maintain many different sites nationwide. They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to complete the team.

This job involves the following.

  • Raising jobs and allocating them to engineers.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and ordering materials for jobs.
  • Scheduling work days/ week in advance calling for geographical skills to understand which jobs tie together.
  • Booking in Planned Maintenance jobs.
  • Supporting the account managers, you will maintain projects, ensuring they run smoothly to completion.
  • Answering calls from engineers, clients and account managers confidently and being able to assist with any queries.
  • Responding & sending emails in a professional and helpful manner.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team and be organised to look after many open jobs simultaneously. You will be confident in your ability to work under pressure, able to prioritise your workload whilst supporting colleagues.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with one hour for lunch.
