Clinical Recruiter (Temp to Perm or Perm) £25k + Benefits
Our prestigious, leading healthcare solutions provider is seeking to appoint a Clinical Recruiter to join their team and play a crucial role in sourcing, selecting, and recruiting healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier clinical candidates to join their teams. You will work closely with hospital partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of qualified professionals
- Liaison with hospital partners to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source, screen and interview candidates to assess their clinical skills, qualifications and team fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising positions to making job offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide candidates with information about their company, job opportunities, and benefits.
- Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and conferences to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective recruitment campaigns.
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of recruitment activities.
